Saturday, December 10, 2011 was a beautiful day in Laguna Niguel as we celebrated
our Theme with our Grand Marshal, Earvin "Magic" Johnson! The parade was filled with beautiful equestrian units, patriotic and inspirational military tributes, spirit-filled youth groups, classic auto clubs, talented marching bandsand some of the biggest attractions in the nation!

Our 2011 Grand Marshal: Magic Johnson

Johnson. He has successfully parlayed his skills and tenacity on the court into the business world, propelling his company to the status of #1 Brand in Urban America.
As Chairman and CEO of Magic Johnson Enterprises (MJE), founded in 1987, MJE provides high quality products and services that focus primarily on ethnically diverse and underserved urban communities. Mr. Johnson has recently joined Detroit Venture Partners, a venture capital firm funding early-stage technology companies to help rebuild the city of Detroit through entrepreneurship. Mr. Johnson serves as Chairman and Founder of the Magic Johnson Foundation. Our 2011 Teen Celebrity: Noah Munck
Noah Munck is best known as Gibby Gibson, the scene-stealing, shirt-shedding lovable pal on Nickelodeon’s hit television series iCarly. The Kid’s Choice Award-winning Munck is nominated again in 2011 for both Funniest TV Sidekick and Favorite TV Show.
Munck made his feature film debut as the foul-mouthed tough-guy Ryan Tucker in The Rainbow Tribe. Munck’s filmography also includes roles in Fox 2000's All About Steve, New Line Cinema’s Four Christmases and Columbia Pictures Bad Teacher starring Cameron Diaz. An avid gamer, he also voiced a character for the DVD game, Are You Smarter than a 5th Grader?
Munck first broke into the entertainment business as a commercial actor at age 10 with a Volkswagen spot followed by national Got Milk? and Kellogg’s campaigns. Shortly thereafter the talented young actor co-starred in several television series including All of Us (Warner Bros.), American Body Shop (Comedy Central) and 1321 Clover (CBS Paramount) and has guest starred in Rules of Engagement, Wizards of Waverly Place, and ER. |
